My Story
As we embark on a journey to provide new and deeper levels of holistic healing, connection, and community together, it’s important for me to invite you into the heart of the Love Loft, and share the story behind our brand.
It took years to work up the courage and self-worth to step into the Love Loft vision.
The vision for the Love Loft existed before Captivating Courtship was founded and was sparked during a time when much of my life was extremely upside down.
I was dealing with my own heartbreak, feeling isolated, self-betrayal, financial challenges and desperately desired a career transition out of matchmaking.
Honestly, I felt lost. And I did not know where to start.
Yet, the dream of a space and retreats where men and women can heal from heartbreak, grief, and open their hearts to love and attract their next level of life, was clear as day.
Because, at the time, I needed the Love Loft to exist.
Badly.
So I had to hold the vision in my mind, heart, and soul.
Since the Love Loft did not exist yet, I had to create the experience for myself.
I dove into tools, techniques, and different holistic healing modalities along with prayer to pull myself off the floor (literally) and rebuild my confidence, self-worth, love life and business from the ground up.
I had to rehab my heart, mind and spirit on my own.
I’ve founded the Love Loft so you don’t have to.
My goal is to provide those who need the comfort of connection and love, the opportunity to go deep within and use the same practices that completely changed my life for good.
The Love Loft team are on a mission to help bring you back to who you are, your most whole worthy self, and ground into the spirit and abundance of love from deep within.

Through my 3-part Sourced Love Framework, I combine emotional healing, mindset coaching and high-energy experiences to help clients heal from past relationships, attract meaningful connections and live their next-level of life.
