The Love Loft Membership — Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation in The Love Loft Membership (“Program”), operated by The Love Loft (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By enrolling in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the following terms.

 

1. Program Overview

The Love Loft Membership is a high-touch support container designed to help members anchor, integrate, and embody foundational patterns for personal growth. This Program focuses on nervous system regulation, pattern recalibration, and community support rather than promising specific love or financial outcomes.

The membership is offered in two tiers:

Sanctuary Tier: Foundational recalibration, access to Root Vault, community, and optional a-la-carte bookings.

Private Floor Tier: All Sanctuary offerings plus high-touch 1:1 recalibration sessions, Private Floor community, exclusive workshops, and Inner Room Private Replay Podcast.

Upon enrollment, participants receive access to the following, subject to availability and scheduling:

 

Core Membership Offerings (Both Tiers)

  • Lifetime Root Vault Access — foundational modules, exercises, and visualizations.
     

  • Anchored & Next Level Recalibration Vault — exercises for pattern reset and embodied alignment.
     

  • New Member Initiation Call — onboarding and roadmap setup.
     

  • 3 Private Recalibration Sessions — personalized coaching.
     

  • 2 Tickets to Expansion Experience — live or virtual sessions.
     

  • Guided 90-Day Roadmap & Integration Support — integration during first 90 days.
     

  • Online Community Access — connection and accountability.
     

 

Private Floor Tier Exclusive Offerings

  • Private Floor Community Access
     

  • The Inner Room Private Replay Podcast
     

  • Monthly Private Floor Workshops for Love & Money
     

The Company reserves the right to modify facilitators, formats, schedules, locations, or delivery methods as needed, provided the overall value is maintained.

2. Payment & Enrollment Commitment

  • New Member Initiation Fee: $3,000 USD ($3,500 Private Floor), non-refundable, covers the first 90 days.
     

  • Post-Initiation Auto-Billing: After 90 days, monthly membership fees begin automatically:
     

    • Sanctuary: $225/month
       

    • Private Floor: $550/month
       

  • Members may upgrade tiers at any time.
     

  • Cancellation requires at least 30 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.
     

  • Failed payments, disputes, or chargebacks may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.
     

 

3. Refund Policy

  • The $3,000 New Member Initiation ($3,500 Private Floor) is non-refundable.
     

  • Refunds on monthly membership fees are not offered; members may cancel with 30 days’ notice to prevent the next billing cycle.
     

  • Participation and engagement are required for maximum benefit.
     

 

4. Membership Bonuses & Perks

  • Expansion Experience Tickets: 2 per initiation; non-transferable, must be used within membership term.
     

  • Private Floor Exclusive Perks: Inner Room Podcast and Monthly Workshops (Private Floor only).
     

  • A-la-Carte Bookings: Available for all tiers to deepen recalibration sessions.
     

 

5. Calls, Content & Access

  • Live group sessions and workshops are offered monthly.
     

  • Recordings are not guaranteed.
     

  • Program content and delivery may evolve over time.
     

  • Access ends upon completion or termination of membership.
     

 

6. Community Conduct & Participation

  • Members agree to maintain a respectful, safe, and supportive environment.
     

  • Disruptive or harmful behavior may result in removal without refund.
     

  • Active engagement is the responsibility of the member and impacts experience.
     

 

7. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

  • All materials — including frameworks, recordings, tools, and discussions — are proprietary.
     

  • Members may not copy, distribute, teach, or create derivative works.
     

  • Breaches may result in removal and legal action.
     

 

8. Not Therapy, Medical Care, or Crisis Support

  • The Program is educational and experiential only.
     

  • Not a substitute for therapy, medical, legal, or financial advice.
     

  • Participants are responsible for their well-being.
     

 

9. Assumption of Risk

  • Participation may involve physical, emotional, or psychological experiences.
     

  • Members voluntarily assume all associated risks and release the Company from liability.
     

 

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Maximum liability is limited to the total paid by the member.
     

  • No liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
     

 

11. Technology & Access Responsibility

  • Members must maintain secure login credentials and stable internet access.
     

  • Issues must be reported promptly.
     

 

12. Force Majeure

  • The Company is not liable for delays or failures due to uncontrollable events (acts of God, illness, technology failures, etc.).
     

 

13. Governing Law & Venue

  • Governed by the laws of [Insert State].
     

  • Disputes resolved exclusively in courts within that state.
     

 

14. Severability

  • If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, remaining provisions remain in full force.
     

 

15. Agreement

By enrolling, you confirm:

  • You have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
     

  • You understand the nature and scope of the Program.
     

  • You voluntarily enter into this Agreement with full consent.
