Each modality supports a different entry point into your system:
Reiki for energy balance, Sound Bath for relaxation, Breathwork for emotional release, Sound + Breath for deeper somatic reset, and Guidance for clarity + visualization work.
What is the Guidance session exactly?
The Guidance session is a clarity-focused experience that explores your Love Loop patterns and current love, money, or life design challenges. It also includes a Heart Healing Visualization tailored specifically to your situation.
Is this therapy or coaching?
No. This is a somatic, energetic, and intuitive experience designed for clarity, regulation, and alignment.
Is this virtual or in-person?
Both options are available depending on availability.
What if I don’t know what to choose?
Choose what you feel most drawn to. Your practitioner will also guide adjustments based on your needs in the session.
